1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.
2. Do you carry books not listed on the website?
No. If a book is not listed in our store, we do not currently carry it. Our catalog reflects all available titles.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
- Canada/UK orders: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance)
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Can I return or exchange a book?
All sales are final. We only replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please report any issues within 5 days of delivery.
5. How can I contact you?

6. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
We currently do not offer wholesale discounts or bulk order pricing. However, you can contact us if you'd like to make a special request.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.
8. What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delays are beyond our control. If it’s been more than 10 business days (U.S.) or 20 business days (Canada/UK), please contact us and we’ll try our best to help.
