Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions:
We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • You receive a damaged item
  • You receive the wrong item

What to Do:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at darallathari@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.
If the item is out of stock, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot accept claims submitted more than 5 days after delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a replacement
